Regional Sales Manager M/W - South West England

Location: To work with a sales team covering South West England covering our depot locations to include Bristol, Bodmin, and our Head Office in Dordon.
Package: Competitive base salary, bonus OTE, Company Car , 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

About the role:

An exciting opportunity to join the UK’s market leader in Temperature Controlled Solutions .
With more than 55000 refrigerated trucks and vans, you will be joining the international market leading specialist.
You will focus on new business and managing and guiding a small sales team.
As a driven enthusiastic professional , you will own, implement and drive the strategy for your region

You must have gained experience in Field Sales on a consultative level.
Excellent people skills and possess the ability to motivate and manage others is a key trait for this role.
This is a hands-on role, you will work closely with the team and Sales Director to implement targeted sales campaigns initiatives.
Crucially, you will also build strong relationships internally with colleagues across our operational teams and central functions, all with the aim of delivering outstanding customer service.

About you:

This role is ideally suited to an organised, proactive and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and business development
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have a passion for sales, new business and delivering an excellent customer service as well as a desire and hunger to be successful within an industry leading organisation.

You might be in a field sales management role now looking to work for a market leader with best in class operational support.
Alternatively, you might be in a territory or key account sales role looking to take your next step into sales management. Either way, you'll have a proven track record in a high volume, B2B, end user sales environment and be able to demonstrate a structured approach to territory sales planning and execution.

* Experience of sales within the transport industry with record of target achievements.
* Commercial awareness.
* Excellent negotiating skills.
* Proven record of consultative selling.
* Experienced and able to work effectively with minimal supervision while delivering sales targets


*Knowledge and experience within the commercial vehicle industry is desirable, however we will consider candidates who have specific Contract Hire experience in other similar industries
